Following on from the very successful visit to the S.A.S Base, Creden Hill, Herefordshire on 18 November 2011 for a Dual Match with the British Army, ABS is delighted to announce that the Army will be visiting Scotland for some residential training.
To help further develop our relationship with the Army, ABS has been asked to assist and provide some sparring for their boxers as they prepare for the Combined Services Championships.
The Army boxers will arrive in Scotland on Friday 10 February 2012 and ABS will arrange some sparring and training for Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 February 2012 plus an additional night during the following week. This will be an excellent opportunity for all our Youth and Senior boxers to attend the sessions, spar and get involved. ABS National Coach, Mike Keane, will receive details of the boxers travelling up on Friday 10 February 2012 in due course and training venues, times etc will be communicated via the website.
